1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made according to customer specifications
• Clearly personalized items
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Since our products are made-to-order, minor variations in color or print placement do not qualify as defects.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Address

Return instructions and address will be provided after your withdrawal request is approved.
